Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all transactions processed via the Payu Payment Gateway for purchases made on MY INSPIRATION LIVE , a product of JSHP FOUNDATION  ("we", "our", or "us"). Because our offerings are primarily digital in nature, access is generally provided immediately after successful payment. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No refunds for digital products

All purchases on Euron are final and non-refundable once access to digital content has been granted.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Online courses and learning programs

  • Live or instructor-led sessions

  • Recordings and downloadable materials

  • Subscriptions and membership plans

  • Digital events or webinars

Customers are encouraged to review all product descriptions, previews, and FAQs before purchasing. Once access is provided, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

2. Limited exceptions

Refunds will only be processed in the following rare and specific cases:

  • Duplicate payments for the same order or transaction

  • Technical issues or payment errors that prevent access to the purchased product, confirmed by our support team

  • Fraudulent transactions verified after internal and payment gateway investigation

  • Legal or regulatory requirements that mandate a refund

Any exception-based refund request must be supported with valid documentation and proof of payment.

3. Refund method and timelines

If a refund is approved under Section 2:

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction (e.g., card, UPI, wallet, net banking, etc.)

  • The processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway (Razorpay) and customer’s bank. Indicative timelines:

    • Netbanking / UPI: 2–5 business days

    • Credit / Debit cards: 5–10 business days

    • Wallets: 1–3 business days

These are estimated timelines, and actual settlement may vary based on the issuing bank or payment provider’s internal policies.

4. Refund request process

All refund requests or payment disputes must be formally submitted via email to our support team.

Please include:

  • Registered name and email address used during purchase

  • Transaction ID or Razorpay Payment ID

  • Description of the issue and relevant proof (e.g., payment receipt, error screenshots)

We aim to acknowledge all valid refund requests within 3 business days and process them per Razorpay’s and our internal compliance process.

5. Payment gateway and bank compliance

We process online payments through PAYU Software Private Limited and its banking partners. All refunds, chargebacks, or dispute resolutions are handled in compliance with:

  • PAYU s payment settlement and refund policy

  • Partner banks’ chargeback and dispute frameworks

  • Applicable Indian laws and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines

We reserve the right to share relevant transaction data with payment partners for the purpose of verifying and resolving refund or dispute claims.

6. Updates to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, banking regulations, or our services. The latest version will always be available on this page, along with the effective date.
